Jodi Frank's Performance Cycling Classes
Ironman Triahlete and Personal Fitness Trainer Jodi Frank will be leading performance cycling classes at Super Future Fitness this off-season.
Begining in January and lasting till the end of March, there are two classes being offered. One will be on Wednesday nights and the second will be Saturday mornings. The two classes will be different, so feel free to sign up for both. Download the flyer for details and application.
Please note that the class will now start at 7:30 AM instead of the original 10 AM start time.
